Project Details

Location: Pooler, Georgia

Batson-Cook constructed Phase I, II and III of this manufacturing plant in Pooler, Georgia. This new facility will be used to rehabilitate rotor fins and to manufacture electric generator turbines.

The project included the design-build of a new 30,000-square-foot office facility and two manufacturing bays of roughly 150,000 square feet.  Bridge cranes, tool gas piping, and full sitework were also part of the scope. 

  • Phase I encompassed 180,000 square feet of machinery manufacturing space. 
  • Phase II included another large bay of roughly 75,000 square feet and additional bridge cranes.
  • Phase III added an additional manufacturing bay of approximately 74,000 square feet.
